Refunds/Cancellations
Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on arihant.education website. Following situations may arise:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
- Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.
The Refund Policy seeks to assist Buyers who have been defrauded by qualified sellers on the Website. If at the time of delivery and/or within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for refund for the product/s from the seller subject to terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with your order, inform us immediately. In case the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the entire amount. No cancellations will be entertained for dispatched orders.
